Thank you for your interest in employment with the Swan Valley School Division.
As a condition of employment, all individuals employed by the Swan Valley School Division are required to submit a complete Criminal Record Check (CRC) including the Vulnerable Sector as well as a Child Abuse Registry Check (CARC) satisfactory to the Division. The CRC must be issued within the past six months, and the CARC must be issued within three months of the application date.
Please refer to AP 806A for the timelines related to CRC, CARC, and Declaration/Disclosure.
If available, a copy of the results of these checks should be provided with your application. Upon employment with the Swan Valley School Division, you will be required to produce the original documents.
